"About a year ago our previous home owners insurance agent retired and turned our policy over to his replacement. We used this change of hands to give us reason to also look around if there was anyway to improve our home insurance. We had known Adam for some 20 years and during to course of that time he had become a State farm Agent. So we inquired about State Farm (not our previous carrier) and liked everything we heard.
